Temperatures range between 50-75 degrees Fahrenheit during our summer season. Located in a temperate rain forest, the weather can change rapidly, so layered clothing and light raingear is recommended.
Spring
Spring time is cool with temperatures rising in the 50′s and 60′s. Rain is frequent but sunny days are right around the corner.
Summer
Summers range in temperature from the mid 50′s to the high 70′s and even as high as 80. A wind breaker, rain coat and sweater are recommended.
Fall
Fall can be one of the most unpredictable seasons. Sunny days that reach the mid 70′s one day and 80mph driving rain the next.
Winter
Winters in Ketchikan are mild compared to the majority of the state with temperatures in the 30′s and 40′s. Snow is usually light in the lower elevations. Rain and wind is the norm.
