Our restaurant and fireside lounge are committed to the freshest local and Alaskan seafood available. We have the largest king crab in town, fresh local halibut, cedar planked wild caught Alaskan king salmon, amazing Southeast Alaskan oysters on the half shell or panfried. All can be enjoyed while viewing our dynamic waterfront and panoramas of the Tongass Narrows.
Charters & Tours
Salt water or fresh water fishing charters can be arranged by our tour liaison. Zipline tours, bear watching, flight seeing to Misty Fjords National Monument, crabbing on one of the original Deadliest Catch boats, the lumberjack show and native heritage tours are among 42 different tours available if you don’t care to fish some days during your stay. Please feel free to contact our tour desk to help design a very memorable vacation for you.
Marina
The Narrows Inn marina is located 1 mile north of the airport ferry which is midway in the channel known as the Tongass Narrows. This makes it ideal for accessing the fishing grounds at either end of the channel. Fishing charters take off daily, locals dock their boats or float planes for a quick meal in our restaurant, and local wildlife, including bald eagles, kingfishers, and great blue heron fish off the piling and floats. Even the occasional mink can be seen raiding the bait left in boats by inattentive fishermen. There is always something going on near the marina.
